Foxpedite vs Procurify
Last updated: November 2, 2026 · Competitor facts as of October 2026 · By Foxpedite Editorial Team

Disclosure: We make Foxpedite. This page compares only what each company publishes, with links and dates. We don't rate Procurify. If something here is wrong or out of date, email info@foxpedite.com and we'll review it within 5 business days.
Short answer: Both products cover the purchase request → approval → PO → invoice flow with budgets and a QuickBooks Online integration. The clearest public differences are in pricing and access: Procurify uses quote-based pricing set by "Pro users," with unlimited Basic users and add-on modules (as of October 2026). Foxpedite publishes two plans ($390 and $740 per month), bills monthly, and offers a 14-day self-serve trial with no card.

"Not listed" means we didn't find it on the public page on that date, not that it doesn't exist.
Pricing: what you can and can't compare
Procurify's pricing page says quotes are built around products, add-ons, users and integrations. Procurify has also published an article explaining its pricing approach. Because there's no public number, we can't say which product costs less for you. The fair comparison is Procurify's written quote for your configuration against Foxpedite's published price.
Example scenario: a 40-person nonprofit
Example scenario (illustrative). A nonprofit has 30 staff who request purchases, 6 approvers (program directors), and a finance manager. It needs approvals, grant/project budgets and QuickBooks Online sync.
- Foxpedite: approvals and QBO sync are on Advanced. If all 37 people need accounts, Advanced includes 20, and 17 more at $39 = $663, but Advanced tops out at 40 users, so that fits: $740 + $663 = $1,403/month. If only the 7 approvers and finance need full accounts and requesters can be limited, the cost is lower. Ask us exactly which roles need seats.
- Procurify: with unlimited Basic users, the 30 requesters may not drive cost; the quote would depend on Pro users and modules. Get it in writing.
Run the numbers on both.
How each one describes its approach

Procurify describes itself on its homepage as an AI procurement platform covering intake through PO, three-way match and payment, aimed at mid-market finance and operations teams (as of October 2026).
Foxpedite is built around three gates:
- Budget at the draft: the moment someone drafts a purchase, it's reserved against the budget, so you see overspend at the request, not at month-end.
- Approval routed by amount and department, approvable from email (Advanced).
- Invoice pays only when PO, receipt and invoice match.
Both products have budget checks and approvals. We're not claiming Procurify lacks them; this is how we describe our own flow.
When Procurify is the better choice
- Lots of requesters, few approvers. Procurify prices by Pro users, with unlimited Basic users.
- You're above about 40 users needing full access. Foxpedite's Advanced plan tops out at 40; beyond that is our Enterprise plan (custom).
When Foxpedite may fit better
- You need a published price to put in a budget before any sales call.
- You want to trial on your own data first, without a card.
- You prefer monthly billing.
- You're on QuickBooks Online with 10 to 40 people buying, and want one published plan (Advanced) with approvals, matching and sync.
Try both properly
- Get Procurify's written quote for your user mix and modules.
- Start a Foxpedite trial and run one real purchase end to end: draft → approve from email → receive → match invoice → sync to QBO.
- Compare total first-year cost and the steps it took your team.
