Short answer: Procurify is a procurement platform with quote-based pricing; its pricing page says quotes are built around products, add-ons, users and integrations, and that pricing is determined by "Pro users" (as of October 2026). If you're looking for an alternative, it's usually for one of three reasons: you want a published price to budget against, you want a self-serve trial, or you need a narrower tool. Options with published pricing include Precoro, Tradogram, Spendwise and Foxpedite.

What Procurify publishes (as of October 2026)
From Procurify's own pricing page:
- Pricing model: custom quotes; no dollar amounts on the page.
- Structure: every customer starts with Purchasing (approvals, budgets, analytics, integrations, app). Accounts Payable, Expense & Card, Guided Intake and Contracts are listed as add-ons.
- Users: unlimited Basic users (request and receive); pricing set by Pro users.
- Trial: no free trial listed; demo request, pricing request and self-guided product tours offered.
Capterra's listing for Procurify shows the starting price as "Custom Quote" and "Free trial: Not available" (as of October 2026).
Procurify's QuickBooks Online integration page lists syncing vendors and GL account codes from QBO, and approved bills, payments and expense bills to QBO.
Alternatives at a glance (public facts only)
"Not listed" means we didn't find it on the vendor's public page on the date checked. It does not mean the product lacks it.

How each alternative differs from Procurify, factually
Precoro publishes tiered prices, billed annually. Its pricing page lists automated approvals, 2- and 3-way match and QuickBooks Online / Xero integration on Core, with real-time budget tracking, AI document processing, RFPs and inventory on Automation. User counts per tier are described as "tier-based."
Tradogram publishes an Essentials price with an additional per-user fee. Requisitions, receiving, budget tracking and custom approvals are included from Premium (quote) or available as add-ons on Essentials. ERP/accounting integrations are listed as add-ons on all plans.
Spendwise publishes per-user prices. Approval limits and workflows and budgets are listed on Pro; accounting system integrations are listed as add-ons without prices.
Foxpedite publishes two tiers. Three-way matching, budgets and projects are on Regular; approval workflows, QuickBooks Online sync, AI document scanning, RFQs and vendor grading are on Advanced.
When Procurify is the better choice
- Many requesters, few power users. Procurify's unlimited Basic users model may suit a company where most staff only request and receive.
- You need expense and card management from the same vendor. Procurify lists Expense & Card as a module.
When an alternative may fit better
- You need a published number for budgeting before you talk to sales.
- You want to start a trial without a sales call.
- You need monthly billing rather than an annual contract.
Where Foxpedite fits

Foxpedite is for companies still running purchasing on spreadsheets, email and QuickBooks. The core idea: the moment someone drafts a purchase, Foxpedite reserves it against the budget, so you see overspend at the request, not at month-end. On Advanced, approvals route by amount and department and can be approved from email; invoices are paid only when matched: PO, receipt and invoice agree.
What you can check yourself: the price is published, billing is monthly, and the 14-day trial includes every Advanced feature with no card. If you'd rather talk, book a demo.
Questions to ask any vendor, including us
- What's my total first-year cost for our number of requesters and approvers, with QuickBooks Online connected?
- Which features in the demo are in the plan you're quoting, and which are add-ons?
- Is billing monthly or annual? What's the cancellation term?
- Can I run a trial on my own vendors and invoices?
- Which records sync with QuickBooks Online, in which direction?
